What is the typical shipping timeline for HOUND ARCHIVES™ orders?
Domestic orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Depending on your location, shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order departs our archive.
How can I ensure I select the correct size?
Each product page features a detailed size guide with specific measurements. As many of our pieces feature unique silhouettes, we recommend comparing our measurements against a garment you already own for the perfect fit.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all HOUND ARCHIVES™ tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition drops may be final sale.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific region and local customs regulations.
How should I care for my garments?
To preserve the integrity of our fabrics and prints, we recommend washing items inside out on a cold, gentle cycle and hanging them to dry. Specific care instructions are also located on the internal wash label of each piece.
Are your collections permanent or limited release?
Most HOUND ARCHIVES™ releases are produced in limited quantities to maintain exclusivity and reduce waste. Once an item is marked as 'Archived,' it is unlikely to be restocked in the same colorway.
